Oil & Gold (XAU) was very contained near $1460 but is threatening to push high. Overall trading with a low of USD$1452 and high of USD $1465 before ending the New York session at USD$1460 an ounce. Oil extended gains to fresh year highs above $110 a barrel. WTI Oil Closed +$1.47 at $110.30 a barrel.
